Our facility has been created as per the global standards of Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety & Hygiene. We are geared up to meet the stringent requirements of international quality systems as well as the statutory compliances of FSSAI regulations. We have FSSC–22000 & Halal certification.

Additionally, we have carried out Hazard Analysis to identify specific hazards and ascertained measures for their control. Some of the areas being -

  • Microbiological analysis to monitor & prevent contamination, as per standards laid down by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Association of Official Agricultural Chemists (AOAC).
  • Ring testing of samples: External cross checking of our samples with accredited labs for pesticide residues and heavy metals, in accordance with existing foodstuff regulations of the European Community and the Association of the Industries of Juices and Nectars (AIJN) and FSSAI.
  • Process water used in our facility is periodically analyzed internally as well as externally, as per IS 10500 standards for purity and presence of heavy metals.
